RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Exchange
The Buyer's goal is to purchase the desired product, DUALUS - for the Buyer to purchase the desired product. If it happened that for one reason or another it did not suit the Buyer, we invite you to fill out the return-exchange form below.
Replacement is free. The last and indisputable argument why you need to choose product replacement. Thus, the Buyer finally completes the transaction, leaving dressed and a winner.
Return
The wrong product can be returned within 14 days from the day of receiving the product. To be absolutely clear, the returned item must reach DUALUS back exactly within 14 days.
Return costs are paid by the Buyer.
We do not exchange or refund sale items.
How to return?
In order to return the product, the Buyer must fill out the product return form, see below.
Exchanges and returns are possible IF:
The product is unused, unworn, and has not lost its original appearance. The product is returned only in the original, complete packaging. The item is returned with all tags that have not been removed.
DUALUS has the right not to accept the returned goods if any of the above conditions are not met. DUALUS does not accept returns when the original product labeling has been removed.
Honesty, one of the most important parts of the DUALUS philosophy.
It is important to know
If the product is made according to the Buyer's individual order, it is not exchangeable and cannot be returned.
"Women's/Men's Underwear, Undershirts, Swimwear, Bathing Suits, Tights, Socks, Hosiery, Nightgowns, Pajamas, Bras, Waists, Corsets, Underwear and Similar Products" are not eligible for return or exchange for health or hygiene reasons according to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code.
Refund
The money is returned to the Buyer's bank account within 14 days. The buyer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding the cost of delivery. Money is returned to the buyer only after the received product is checked and no violations listed above are found.
